    The U.S. Hispanic population is growing 5.8x faster than the non-Latino population and is expected to be 1/3 of the U.S. population by 2060. State Farm owned the segment. GEICO needed a strategy to win Hispanic consumers or watch its competitive position erode as the market changed.

    APPROACH

    I created and led a multi-stakeholder enterprise GTM strategy that included four phases:

    1. Synthesizing consumer insights to inform where to play and how to win with U.S. Hispanics

    2. Launching and expanding the customer experience in sales channels and markets where Hispanics over-index

    3. Allocating advertising in relevant media channels to generate demand

    4. Developing performance frameworks and KPIs to ensure strategic iteration and efficient marketing spend

    RESULT

    1. 213% year-over-year new business growth and $36M+ incremental revenue in year 1 from target segment

    2. 9 ppt increase in GEICO’s in-segment market share

    3. 30% increase in conversions from target market

    CHALLENGE

    Hidden Hill Farms wanted to increase its revenue. However, the owner didn’t know what lines of business to prioritize or what changes to make to their current marketing efforts.

    APPROACH

    I created a revenue growth plan inclusive of:

    1. Evaluating profit across products to focus on the offerings that would generate the greatest return

    2. An evergreen digital marketing plan and optimizations that the owner could run without me. These were customer-centered and allowed the owner to lean into her passion, resulting in higher revenue and job satisfaction (a win-win)

    RESULT

    2x revenue increase on their most profitable product, measured against the same months the prior year.
